We're offering two attractive trainee positions for real estate clerks (w/m/d) starting on August 1, 2023.
NDG Group, based in Norderstedt, has been in a dynamic phase of property acquisition, property development, as well as external property management and the management of condominium communities since its inception.
Our trainees will gain experience in all relevant areas of the real estate business and receive comprehensive training. Throughout the training, you will participate in vocational school classes at the Landesberufsschule Bad Malente twice per academic year. We also provide additional internal and external training opportunities for our trainees.
Compensation is as follows:
1st year: €1,000.00
2nd year: €1,080.00
3rd year: €1,250.00

- You will calculate, develop, and manage residential and commercial construction projects and oversee the necessary administrative, technical, and legal services.
- In close collaboration with our acquisition department, you will conduct market and location analyses.
- You will develop project ideas and use concepts to create profitability calculations.
- You will coordinate preliminary planning, approval planning, and building rights acquisition.
- You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field such as real estate management, architecture, or civil engineering.
- You have experience in the development, management, and marketing of residential construction projects.
- Your solid knowledge of rental and sales contracts as well as private and public construction law helps you negotiate effectively.
- You are prepared to represent the company and your project convincingly, both internally and externally. You possess strong social skills and communication abilities.

Real Estate Clerk or Real Estate Specialist (w/m/d) in Property Management for Residential Properties - Full Time (Career changers welcome).
- You will serve as a point of contact for condominium boards, owners, and owner representatives.
- Responsibilities include managing condominiums and rental properties, customer and property care, and scheduling appointments.
- You will coordinate and oversee external service providers and companies.
- Independent management of residential complexes and conducting owners' meetings.
- Preparing financial plans and annual statements.
- Preparation and implementation of maintenance and modernization measures.
- A successfully completed apprenticeship as a real estate clerk (w/m/d) and/or real estate specialist (w/m/d), or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in independent management of condominium communities.
- Proficiency in real estate software (preferably HausPerfekt) and common MS Office programs. A Class B driver's license is required.
- Independent and responsible work, including the management of residential complexes.
- A confident and customer-oriented approach to your tasks.
- Reliable, results-oriented, and diligent work.
